Seema meeting with Alan Watkinson and Robin Walker MP
I had a really useful meeting today with Hounslow’s Alan Watkinson, the Director of local charity Sport Impact, connecting him with Robin Walker MP, Chair of the Education Select Committee ahead of the debate in the Chamber on school and community sport in which I spoke.
We discussed school sport funding & work of the Schools Active Movement. Alan was Sir Mo Farah’s PE teacher when Mo grew up in Feltham and he has a lifetime of experience.
