Today Seema Malhotra MP joining in marking the two-minute silence at 11:00 am for Armistice Day.
Malhotra said, “We stand four-square behind our Armed Forces, forces families and veterans. I am proud British Forces are respected worldwide for their professionalism and excellence.”
“On Remembrance Sunday, I was able to join with some community members and colleagues and local Royal British Legions in laying wreaths.”
“Thank you to all who were able to mark the occasion which was without the parades which I know mean so much. I very much hope next year we will be able to remember in each other’s company again those who sacrificed so much in the name of our freedom.”
