Seema Malhotra today met with Richard Ratcliffe, who is on hunger strike outside the Iranian Embassy in order to secure the release of his wife Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe.

Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe has been detained in Iran since 2016. Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe and Richard Ratcliffe have been on simultaneous hunger strike since the 15th of June. Richard Ratcliffe has stayed outside the Iranian Embassy during this hunger strike.

Many constituents urged Seema to visit Richard outside the Embassy by emailing her.
