On Friday the 21st of June, Seema Malhotra, the Member of Parliament for Feltham and Heston, visited Splendid Hospitality Group’s new development in Heston, part of her constituency.

Ms. Malhotra was treated to a tour of the new development from Chairman Shiraz Boghani, Vice-Chairman Nadeem Boghani and Chief Executive Stuart Bailey of Splendid Hospitality Group.

The new hotel, Ibis Styles Heathrow East Hotel, is being built in part due to the increase in visitors anticipated by the expansion of Heathrow.

Seema Malhotra said “I am pleased to visit Ibis Styles Heathrow East Hotel which will bring jobs, meeting spaces, hotel and private accommodation to a prime location in our community. I wish the new project every success, and my thanks to Splendid Hospitality for their work engaging and supporting the local community.

“Our local area thrives when there are strong relationships between businesses and the community. I look forward to the relationship developing with local people and the support for employment which will contribute to local prosperity.”

Splendid Hospitality Group is a key sponsor of the charity Hounslow’s Promise, for which Ms. Malhotra serves as Chair.

Further commenting on their engagement with the local community, Shiraz Boghani added, “We’re proud to be a key sponsor of Hounslow’s Promise, a local charity which focuses on the belief that the whole community shares a responsibility to help young people succeed”.
