David Davis MP seemed rattled this morning as Seema Malhotra MP and others questioned him over his lack of planning on Brexit.

The Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union appeared hesitant under questioning as was he asked whether he agreed or disagreed with the government’s own forecasts as published by the Office of Budget Responsibility (OBR).
