It was a pleasure to host a special event in Parliament to recognise a truly unsung hero – J.S. Nagra. Mr Nagra was a pioneer for the development of O-Level, A-Level and GCSE Punjabi, and aged 86, is still campaigning, inspiring and training teachers, leaving no stone unturned to keep the opportunity to learn Punjabi alive for future generations.
