Shadow Minister for Business and Consumers Seema Malhotra has attended and spoken at the 2022 Family Business Week Parliamentary reception, where many of the country’s most successful and socially responsible family businesspeople were in attendance.

She said: “This week is Family Business Week and tonight I spoke at the reception organised by the Institute for Business. Great to meet so many family businesses from across the country. I grew up above our family shop in Osterley. The UK’s five million family businesses employ fourteen million members of staff and deserve our support.”
