Following a meeting with the Minister for Employment Mims Davies, Seema Malhotra MP has written to her emphasising three points for the post-pandemic jobs plan: the need for a skills plan, the conditions of success for the Kickstart Scheme and the suspension of benefit sanctions during the pandemic.
